Can I return an item?
For orders placed from 20 September 2026, request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. Sign in to your account, open your order and submit a return request, or email pizorra66@gmail.com. Wait for shipping instructions before returning goods. Can I exchange an item?
Email pizorra66@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges depend on stock availability; the account portal currently accepts return requests.
